Overview
Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for talent acquisition and strategic HR support? We’re seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Talent Management Team on a short‑term contract with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role. This position combines hands‑on recruiting with broader HR responsibilities to support our growing organization.
What You’ll Do
- Recruitment Leadership: Drive full‑cycle recruiting for key roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver top talent quickly.
- Strategic HR Partnership: Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance, and best practices. Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Onboarding Excellence: Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor for employee questions and assist with resolving issues.
- Performance & Engagement: Support performance review processes and coach managers on feedback and goal‑setting.
- Special Projects: Lead HR initiatives such as engagement programs, DEI efforts, and process improvements.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, including strong recruiting expertise.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Professional HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM‑CP/SCP) preferred.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and proactive mindset.
