Here’s How You’ll Make An Impact

Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, this position requires the employee to work safely and efficiently in accordance with all company safety rules. You must recognize and identify colors and various material styles, possess excellent communication skills, and be a team player in a collaborative environment. As a department team member, you will provide optimal production, maintain a neat and orderly work area, and perform additional duties such as inventory activities and cross‑training in other departments when needed.

• Coordinates the daily activities of manufacturing processes within the designated department.
• Assists in maintaining an uninterrupted flow of orders through the department.
• Expedites rush and specialty orders to ensure timely delivery to the customer.
• Ensures all areas have adequate stock to fill orders.
• Lead trainer for new employees, including seasonal warehouse processing staff.
• Assumes responsibility of the department in the supervisor’s absence.
• Assists in checking finished product quality to meet standards.
• Coordinates priority of orders to be completed.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Proficiency with Oracle, Excel, Word, and Email.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Will meet production and quality standards for this position.
• Strong knowledge of all product lines.
• Proficiency in all aspects of production within the department.
• Participates in communication meetings.
• Adequate computer skills.
• Self‑motivated.
• Communicates with all customer service representatives daily.
• Works independently with minimum supervision.

• Physical Activities

  • Lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting.
  • Reading, communication, simple math.
  • Standing on a fatigue mat in a specific area throughout a 10 hour+ shift.
  • Regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs.
  • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to above moderate.
