Project Manager - Manufacturing Job at Bayforce in Milwaukee

Overview

Looking for a Project Manager with a strong Mfg. background in the Milwaukee area that could be onsite 2-3 days a week. If we can't find someone local to Milwaukee, preference would be someone within driving distance who could come onsite a few times a month.

Duration

Duration: 8 months with possible extension

Location

Local to Milwaukee in the office 3 days a week. If we can't find someone within driving distance who can come in as needed (IL)

Responsibilities

• Onsite presence 2-3 days a week in Milwaukee (or within driving distance to IL if needed).
• Coordinate and manage projects in a manufacturing environment, ensuring alignment with maintenance initiatives including preventative or predictive maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Information Technology or a similar field.
• Project Management Accreditation (APMP, PMI, Prince 2) or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of Project Management experience in a large multi-unit organization.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing large-scale projects, global teams, project managers, and application leads.
• Experience using structured project management methodologies with agile SDLC.
• Experience in a Manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience with working on preventative or predictive maintenance projects is required. Our maintenance platform is IBM Maximo, which would be highly preferred.
