A well-established, collaborative medical group in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join its team offering modern facilities, advanced technology, and strong community support just one hour from St. Louis.
Position HighlightsFull-scope OB/GYN care across outpatient and inpatient settings
Manage prenatal, delivery, postnatal, gynecology, surgery, and preventative women s health services
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including primary care, pediatrics, CRNAs, APPs, and specialty consultants
Access to robot-assisted surgical technology (DaVinci) and fully equipped procedure rooms (ultrasound, colposcopy, urodynamics)
Participate in a shared call schedule for work-life balance
Opportunity to mentor APPs and support staff

2-Year Guaranteed Base Salary: $425K+ with productivity incentives
$75,000 Signing Bonus
$2,000/month Residency & Fellowship Stipend for new grads
