Family Practice - With OB Physician

Seeking a full-time BE/BC Family Medicine w/OB provider to join clinic NE of Davenport, IA.

Details:

• OB Fellowship preferred
• Outpatient clinic
• Join 1 Family Physician providing surgical OB care and 2 OB nurse practitioners
• 2 Clinical support staff in clinic plus a receptionist
• 3 clinic rooms and a procedure room
• State of the Art Ultrasound Equipment on site
• Family Medicine department includes 12 additional physicians
• Shared call

Compensation/Benefits:

• $200k Sign-on Bonus
• Salary guarantee moves to production in year 3 (or sooner)
• 240 hours of Annual Time Off (ATO) for 1.0 FTE
• $5k annual CME allowance
