Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive family medicine and urgent care services to patients of all ages
- Assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in alignment with best practices
- Perform onsite patient evaluations and procedures as appropriate for urgent care settings
- Document all patient encounters accurately
- Adhere to Medicaid protocols and requirements
Additional Information
- Current Nurse Practitioner license for New Jersey required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- DEA registration required
- Experience with Medicaid patients preferred
