Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for February 10, 11, 13, 16, 17, & 18 at their Corporate Health clinic in Rockford, IL. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday 7:00am-6:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break from 12-1pm. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment; providers with full practice authority licenses are preferred.
