Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pain management and primary care services.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute, chronic, and complex pain conditions.
- Perform minor procedures such as dry needling and trigger point injections.
- Order/interprete diagnostic tests and prescribe medications per protocols.
- Conduct physical and occupational health exams, including virtual mental health assessments.
- Manage a patient panel and coordinate care as Primary Care Manager.
- Maintain patient records and participate in quality improvement activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients/families on wellness
Education & Certification:
- MSN or DNP from an accredited program (Family and/or Geriatric specialty).
- Current Nurse Practitioner certification from AANP or ANCC.
- Active, unrestricted NP license from any U.S. state.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
