Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Product Owner with a background in healthcare IT to lead and enhance our contact center solutions. You will manage the product backlog, work closely with vendors, and ensure that solutions meet business and compliance requirements. Responsibilities Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and drive timely delivery. Serve as the Amazon Connect subject matter expert. Collaborate with vendors, development teams, and stakeholders to define requirements. Document clear business and technical requirements. Lead UAT and ensure products meet healthcare and business objectives. Communicate progress, roadmaps, and updates effectively to stakeholders. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in product ownership, preferably in healthcare IT. Strong knowledge of Amazon Connect and contact center operations. Experience in backlog management, vendor coordination, and requirements documentation. Hands-on experience with UAT and stakeholder communication.
