Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for January 14, 15, 19, & 22 at their Corporate Health clinic in Sanford, FL. Provider will see ages 8 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and chronic illness management. Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm on Monday & Wednesday and 8:00am-7:00pm on Thursday, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
