Overview
AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Urology Hospitalist to provide dedicated inpatient urological care at AdventHealth Celebration. This role offers a unique opportunity to focus on hospital-based care with a consistent shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Provide inpatient call coverage at AdventHealth Celebration
Manage inpatient urology consults from hospital floors and emergency department
Perform bedside procedures, including cystoscopies, as well as other necessary urological procedures
Conduct daily rounding on urology patients
Collaborate with clinic-based urologists to ensure seamless patient care and follow-up
15 shifts per month
Qualifications
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology
Strong clinical skills in inpatient care and urological procedures
Active FL license and DEA, or ability to obtain
Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinic-based colleagues
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Proficiency in robotic surgery is a plus
Practice Description The opportunity includes the benefits of call coverage and competitive compensation.
