The Senior Manager of Product Marketing is a strategic, insights-driven role responsible for defining, positioning, and enabling the success of Mom’s Meals products and solutions across all target audiences. This role owns the development of compelling value propositions, competitive positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies that equip our sales and marketing teams to win in the market. The role translates customer, market and competitive insights into strategies that fuel growth – ensuring offerings are clearly differentiated, commercially viable, and aligned with our brand and business goals.
The ideal candidate is a strong strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of B2B and B2C buyer needs, and proven success partnering closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to shape how we position our offerings and drive adoption. Salary Range: $116,644-160,400

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to
Develop differentiated positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for core products, new offerings, and vertical markets
Translate complex product features into clear, compelling customer benefits across multiple audiences. Ensure all messaging aligns with company’s brand positioning
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of GTM strategies for new products, program enhancements, and major initiatives
Empower sales teams with effective enablement tools and training – including product education, positioning, and storytelling to support closing and retaining business. Create and maintain sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, product one-pagers, competitive battle cards, FAQs and training content
Lead market research and insight development to understand buyer needs, market trends, competitive landscape, and value drivers
Maintain competitive intelligence and ensure the organization understands how we compare in terms of product, value and position
Partner with Product, Sales, Operations and Marketing leadership to ensure product-market fit, readiness and consistent messaging
Define KPIs for product marketing activities; track, measure and report performance
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
7+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement or related strategic marketing role
Proven background in producing high quality customer-facing content and field assets to strategically evangelize key messages including articles, demos, webinars, videos, technical collateral, etc.
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills with the capacity to explain and translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive value-driven messaging
Skilled at leading without authority and navigating matrixed teams
Brings structure, prioritization, and accountability to cross-functional initiatives
Highly organized and able to prioritize and drive efficiency in your work to deliver on time in support of aggressive goals
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and growth
