Job Description: Building a team for family medicine practice with MDs and Nurse Practitioners in a state-of-the-art facility.

Education and Licensure Qualifications: Family Medicine & Hospitalist – No OB

Location: Grand Rapids & Deer River, MN

Practice Specifics:

Team of 4 MDs and 4 Nurse Practitioners in a new, 24 exam room, state‑of‑the‑art facility.

Grand Rapids team works closely with the Deer River team (20 minutes away).

Physician‑led practice.

Hospitalist call: approximately 1 week every 6 weeks. Hospitalists serve as backup after ER doctors.

Clinic work in Grand Rapids.

Hospitalist work conducted at Essentia Health, Deer River Hospital; a modern, 20‑bed, Critical Access Hospital with 24/7 ER physician coverage and nurse triage.

Hospitalist coverage: 3‑4 day stretch every 6 weeks – done in Deer River.

Additional opportunities include colposcopies, endoscopies, stress tests and EGDs.

EPIC electronic medical record.

Flexible FTE 0.6 – 1.0

Requirements:

Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.

Compensation:

$323,400 plus potential bonuses, quality incentives, or production‑based compensation.

Compensation Range: $1.00 - $1,000,000.00
