AdventHealth Graduate Medical Education in Orlando, Florida is seeking a dynamic, hardworking, and broadly skilled Osteopathic Family Medicine physician to serve as Program Director for the Osteopathic Family Medicine Residency Program. The well‑established residency program is based at AdventHealth East Orlando, a 295‑bed facility that is part of one of the largest healthcare systems in the country. It is one of the most progressive training programs in the osteopathic profession and is affiliated with Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. The program teaches eight new residents each academic year, along with two new residents in the ONMM3 residency. Responsibilities

Provide clinical teaching in an outpatient setting and, when qualified, on the inpatient ONMM consult service. Develop a private patient base, seeing own patients in dedicated time each week. Emphasize clinical teaching skills focused on preventative and evidence‑based medicine. Perform 50% clinical duties and 50% administrative duties. Lead the program and pursue increased academic activity, including research, posters, and presentations. Qualifications

Minimum 3 + years of experience in residency education. Board certified in Family Medicine. Experience leading an osteopathic program preferred. Dynamic communication skills and alignment with AdventHealth’s mission and vision. Practice Description
