Director of Resident Services – Registered Nurse

Daily Responsibilities
Perform and manage all assessments, care plan development, and ongoing observation of resident health conditions.
Partner with external clinical teams (home health, hospice, PT/OT, neurologists, cardiologists) to coordinate comprehensive, holistic care.
Lead infection control, safety protocols, and clinical compliance.
Required Qualifications
Strong background in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, or Case Management.
Active registered nurse (RN) license in California.
5 years of RN experience, including clinical leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work with high-level clientele and navigate complex family dynamics.

$165,000 – $180,000 Annual Salary (negotiable depending on experience).
