Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Web Designer to support the ongoing design, optimization, and performance of our WordPress-based website. This role is open to
part-time

hourly
contract engagement and is ideal for someone who combines strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of SEO and GEO best practices. The ideal candidate can create clean, conversion-friendly designs while ensuring websites are structured and optimized for search visibility and geographic relevance.
Key Responsibilities
Design, update, and maintain website pages within WordPress, ensuring a modern, user-friendly experience
Apply SEO best practices to page structure, layouts, and content placement
Optimize websites for GEO targeting, including location-based pages and regional search considerations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate requirements into effective web designs
Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Improve site performance, usability, and conversion flow through thoughtful design choices
Implement on-page SEO elements such as metadata, internal linking, and image optimization
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all web assets
Requirements
Resume in English.
Near-native English proficiency (C1/C2) — written and spoken.
3 years of hands‑on experience as a Web Designer working with WordPress
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and how design impacts search performance
Experience with GEO-focused optimization or location-based website strategies
Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and performance
Comfortable working independently in a part-time or hourly contract setup
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple updates efficiently
