Senior Director, Market Research
The Senior Director, Market Research will lead strategic insight generation activities to support the Viaskin Peanut Patch launch. This highly‑visible role will be critical to ensuring a successful introduction of Viaskin® peanut patch to Healthcare Providers, parents of children with peanut allergy and payers. The Senior Director will anticipate information needs, deliver insights with speed and precision, and serve as a trusted advisor during critical decision points.

Salary Range:
185–210
Key Responsibilities
Design and oversee a comprehensive market research plan, using a range of standard and innovative methodologies and tools, to support a successful launch.
Identify actionable insights by translating complex data into clear, impactful recommendations to optimize VIASKIN® product positioning, customer segmentation strategies, patient support programs, and promotional effectiveness across HCPs, parents, and payers.
Establish launch performance metrics and systems to monitor key launch performance indicators.
Conduct rapid‑cycle research to optimize the promotional effectiveness of launch tactics; drive course corrections and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Build strong relationships across the launch team including brand leadership, sales operations, market access, and field leadership.
Manage vendor partnerships and internal resources to execute at launch pace.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, life sciences, or a related field strongly preferred.
10+ years of experience in analytics, market research, or commercial insights, preferably within pharma or biotech.
Proven launch experience in pharma/biotech, with food allergy or immunology experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in leading quantitative and qualitative market research and advanced analytics.
Extensive experience with launch‑focused research methodologies, including pre‑launch studies, launch tracking, promotional optimization, and early performance analytics.
Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, concise insights that inform strategic decision‑making.
Confident leadership presence with a strong sense of accountability in delivering recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders.
Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining high‑quality standards, fostering transparency, alignment, and effective cross‑functional collaboration.
