Job Summary The RevenueData & InsightsAnalyst is the analytical backbone of NORAM Revenue Operations. This role owns the design, governance, and delivery of performance insights that help 200+ sellers, managers, and executives make better decisions, faster. The role will develop andmaintain dashboards, KPI frameworks, and predictive analytics that drive pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, Golden Thread(unified sales process)adoption, segmentation performance, and customer value realization across Microsoft, AWS, ITXM, and Multivendor motions. This role is highly cross-functional and is essential to the transformation of SoftwareOne, enabling consistent forecasting, unified sales cadences, and data-driven performance managementas a result ofthe integration of SoftwareOne and Crayon. The Revenue Data & Insights Analyst is a remote position. Role & Responsibilities Sales Analytics & Insights (45%) Build andmaintain actionable dashboards in Power BI/CRM that support forecasting, pipeline health, seller scorecards, and Golden Thread(unifiedrevenueprocessadoption). Design and publish weekly/monthly insights packages for frontline managers and NORAM leadership. Identifytrends, risks, and opportunities thatimpactregional attainment, revenue forecasts, and capacity models. Build predictive indicators (e.g., early risk detectors, velocity models, churn risk, expansion propensity). Analyze customer segment performance, territory potential, and workload penetration (Azure, M365, AWS, FinOps). Handleadhocdata requests from key stakeholders. Develop systems to managerepetitive requests through self-service, AI-enabledprocesses, or operationalized processes. Data Quality, Governance & Systems (25%) Own data hygiene processes for CRM, Outreach, and revenue systems; create automated data checks and quality scorecards. Partner with GlobalRevOps, IT, and Data teams to align definitions, KPIs, and reporting standards. Ensure seamless data continuity through territory changes, segmentation shifts, mergers, and forecastmethodologyupdates. Identifyuse cases for AI and deploy its use to improve processes and enhance sales system hygiene. Sales Scorecards, KPI Frameworks & Golden Thread Measurement (20%) Translate the Golden Thread/unifiedrevenueprocessinto measurable leading indicators across meetings, behaviors, and opportunity progression. Design andmaintain role-based KPI scorecards for AMs, DAMs, Hunters, BD teams, Specialists, and Sales Managers. Provide data-driven recommendations that directly influence sales coaching, prioritization, and resource allocation. Strategic Support & Planning (10%) Support NORAM strategic planning, QBRs, capacity modeling, andRegional Leadership Teamreporting. Partner withRevenue Operations Manageron attainment modeling, quota setting assumptions, and forecast validation. Provide insights that shape GTM decisions related to Microsoft priorities, cloud migration patterns, and AI adoption trends. Success Criteria (First 6 Months) A standardized set of NORAM KPIs is defined, adopted, and used by leadership weekly. Manager-facing forecast/pipeline dashboards become the single source of truth. Golden Thread insights are measurable and used for coaching. Pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy improve by 10–20%. Data integrity increases via automated checks and governance processes. Key Deliverables (First 90 Days) Monthly NORAM Revenue Insights Package. NORAM Revenue Insights with combined forecast (v1) Work across stakeholders to ensuresingle sourceof reliable truth. Examine data sources and create visibility for: Pipeline generation, account insights, opportunities, leads, invoicedsales. Organizational Alignment The Revenue Data & Insights Analyst role reports to the Director of Revenue Operations for NORAM. Collaborate regularly among the broader Business Excellence and Revenue Operations teams. Coordinate with internal teams to address salesleaderand seller needs and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring seamless solution delivery. Continuously assess sales performance for opportunities to expand and enhanceinsights, proactivelyidentifyingareas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions.
