**CX Research Recruiter**The CX Ops & Futures team is how we make great experience design possible at scale. We’re a small, high-impact group that keeps As a **Research Recruiter**, you sit in CX Ops. Your work enables every research study we run - making sure we find the right participants, coordinate logistics, and remove friction for researchers, clinicians and product teams. You’ll become the connective tissue between our research community and the people we learn from. **Let’s talk about the Role**The Research Recruiter is responsible for coordinating, organizing and delivering all participant-related aspects of user research. You’ll play a hands-on role supporting studies from start to finish - from kick-off and recruitment through to scheduling, consent, incentives and post-session admin.**Key Responsibilities** File NDAs and consent forms, ensuring everything meets Legal and Privacy requirements **Skills and Experience** Experience in research operations, participant recruiting, project coordination or similar Strong organizational and multitasking skills Familiarity with Asana, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint or similar toolsClear communication skills - written and verbal**Why This Role Matters** Research only works when the right people are in the room and the process runs smoothly.
