JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing general administrative human resources support, assisting with the recruiting and hiring processes, scheduling and conducting new hire orientations, assisting our training program, and maintaining HR database. The HR Coordinator serves in a hands‑on role providing outstanding service and support to our Human Resources Manager and the team at Elevate Aircraft Seating. The successful candidate will be self‑motivated and passionate about making things better for our organization and employees.
SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES

Perform administrative work, data entry, and maintain the integrity of all HR data in Elevate Aircraft Seating’s HRIS platform
Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures
Respond to all first‑level employee inquiries and requests related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR‑related matters
Complete onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including paperwork, new hire orientation, and offboarding
Ensure new hires are enrolled in benefits within their first 30 days of employment
Assist employees with benefits enrollment and provide first level support during qualifying life events
Help maintain accurate employee records and files, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Work with the Payroll team to ensure all timecards, PTO requests, and any other related tasks are completed to process payroll on a biweekly basis
Review and approve all temporary agency invoices for Accounts Payable to process
Ensure new hire I‑9 compliance and maintenance of current employee I‑9’s
Process new hire, transfer, promotion, and termination paperwork with absolute accuracy for reporting purposes
Provide various tracking and reporting as requested by the Global Senior HR Director and HR Manager
Serve as a subject matter expert on timekeeping system and provide training to functional users
Assist with benefits and 401K enrollment, provide support to employees utilizing the benefits enrollment portal in the HRIS system
Respond to a wide range of employee questions and/or direct employees to the proper resources
Provide policy and procedure guidance
Provide feedback and updates as needed to the Human Resources Team
Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, improving processes, and driving organizational effectiveness.
Facilitate the HR central inbox
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Maintain a safe, secure and legal work environment, adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
Maintain and protect the confidentiality of the Company’s information and products.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS – Education, Knowledge, and Experience
Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or other related fields is preferred
Experience:
1+ years of experience in an HR role
Skills:
Detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
Organization skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments at once
Excellent communication skills and ability to develop interpersonal relationships with employees at all company levels
Skill and ability to work with sensitive information, safeguarding confidential information
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience with various HR systems such as a HRIS, ATS, Background/Drug Screening and LMS:
ADP (HRIS)
Clear Company (ATS)
UniPoint (QMS)
Familiarity with Federal, State, and local labor laws
Highly desirable for candidate to be bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Elevate Aircraft Seating offers competitive wages and benefits to recognize employees for their work. The base pay offered will vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
Hourly Rate Transparency: $25 - $28 per hour
