Position Summary:
This position will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, managing trust accounts, and supporting overall financial compliance within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Handle accounts payable.
  • Process case cost and settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with trust accounting and IOLTA rules.
  • Work closely with attorneys, case managers, and assist accounting on daily tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Strong knowledge of trust accounting and legal billing practices.
  • Familiarity with case management software a plus.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
