Now hiring Production Line Assistant Location: Neenah, WI Pay: $20 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift

Advantage xPO is hiring a 1st shift Production Line Assistant in Neenah, WI. Assist with the operation of the pilot machine equipment. Must know commonly used concepts, practices, and safe operating procedures within a particular technical field. Assist with the setup and monitoring of process equipment and perform general manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, lifting, moving materials, and general housekeeping. Assists with a variety of functions and manual labor tasks as needed. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Perform moderately complex tasks under the direction of an experienced machine operator or customer. Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and guidelines. Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. Demonstrated skills in the areas of collaboration, innovation, decisiveness, multi-tasking, and conflict resolution are important for success. Has a basic understanding and use of Microsoft Word and Excel. Works well in group settings or alone. Adaptability to work in a rapidly changing environment. Has good interpersonal skills. Has good written/oral communication skills. Ability to team lift 50lbs, and up to 20lbs on your own (some assembly jobs will require strength to lift heavy objects during the assembly process).
