Join our small, mission‑driven nonprofit as the Development Director. This role leads fundraising, donor relations, grants, communications, and community outreach. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead annual fundraising plan, individual giving, grants, and sponsorships.
Manage donor cultivation, stewardship, and database tracking.
Manage research, creation, and submission of grant proposals and reports.
Oversee external communications, newsletters, social media, and branding.
Represent the organization at community meetings and events.
Support planning of fundraising and donor engagement events.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related field.
3–5+ years of nonprofit fundraising or development experience.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Successful track record with individual donors or grants.
Ability to work independently in a small nonprofit environment.
CRM/donor database experience preferred.
COMPENSATION Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000. Benefits may include health insurance, PTO, retirement, and professional development.
