Position Overview RoSa Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, including design-build and traditional delivery methods. Projects must be delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable standards.

This role requires hands-on project leadership, coordination with internal teams, designers, and subcontractors, and clear communication with owners, architects, and inspectors.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute commercial construction projects from start to finish, including design-build projects

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants during the design and preconstruction phases

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans

Manage design development, constructability reviews, and scope coordination

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams

Oversee logistics, site coordination, and sequencing of work

Monitor job progress and proactively resolve issues impacting schedule or cost

Manage inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations

Maintain project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change events, and financial tracking using Procore

Maintain clear communication with owners, consultants, and stakeholders

Support closeout documentation and project turnover

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction

Experience managing design-build projects and coordinating design teams

Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and cost control

Familiarity with Procore for project management, documentation, and financial tracking

Experience coordinating logistics and managing complex job sites

Ability to oversee inspections and ensure quality and code compliance

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with HCAI/OSHPD healthcare projects
