We're supporting a Chattanooga-based organization that needs a Sr. Systems Engineer to step in quickly and support a cloud-first Microsoft environment during a critical transition.
What You'll Be Doing
Administer and support the Microsoft 365 tenant
Heavy focus on user onboarding/offboarding (high churn environment)
Manage Intune / Endpoint Manager (policies, compliance, device management)
Support a Windows-first environment with growing Mac adoption
Assist with documenting workflows and system processes
Provide light networking support (routers, switches, access points, remote sites)
What We're Looking For
Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 & Intune
Solid understanding of Azure AD / Entra, Conditional Access
Experience supporting endpoint environments at scale
Comfortable in a fast-moving, partially undocumented environment
Able to work onsite in Chattanooga
