The Applications Analyst – Senior manages or performs work associated with analysis, design, implementation, operation, deployment and support of the organization’s information technology resources. The Epic Application Analyst – Senior helps enhance oncology, research, and transplant care through technology. Configure and maintain clinical tools, resolve Epic workflow issues, design and configure new IT solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize documentation and ensure efficient reliable support for providers and patients across the enterprise. Role Overview
Maintain and develop new documentation tools such as flow sheet, smart sets, treatment plans, therapy plans and notes. Analyze complex business problems and design technology, integration, and workflow solutions. Identify system gaps and provide technical expertise to inform functional specifications. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders. Actively contribute to technical discussions, offering insights that improve solutions. Licensure & Certification Requirements
Requirements for Hire: N/A Requirements for continued employment: Must be certified in Epic module(s) appropriate to area of responsibility as determined by leadership if applicable. Each project and exam as determined for the specific roles must be passed within three (3) attempts. Successful Epic certification(s) completion required within 60 days of final training. Maintain required Epic certification for appropriate role. Experience Requirements
Six to eight years of related experience. Preferred Experience
Previous Epic experience in the training, build and/or support of the Epic systems electronic health record suite. Healthcare experience desired. Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of related education and experience. Preferred Education

Operates with limited supervision from manager or specialist team members in determining objectives of assignments and solutions with work. Acts as primary IT Liaison with key departments and/or committees. Supervisory Responsibilities
