Responsibilities Howmet Aerospace's Wichita Falls facility has an opening for Wax B Injector.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 12 HOUR ROTATING NIGHT SHIFTS, 7:00 P.M TO 7:00 A.M. (2 on 2 off, 3 on 2 off, 2 on 3 off)
Must be willing to work overtime.
Pay rate begins at $20.54 and tops out at $23.68.

Job Summary
– Injection Operator B’s are responsible for the following skills: inspection, engraving, 35‑Ton, 50‑Ton, ET‑50 and SI‑250 injection. Trainees must successfully complete written and practical assessment of skills/knowledge at end of training.
Essential Functions
Basic computer skills
Read and interpret Product Criteria (PC) and Activity Instructions (AI)
Team member, work under general supervision
Maintain expected quality levels
Comply with site policies: EHS, Quality, Code of Conduct, Employee Handbook
Job Responsibilities
Repetitive injection and control of wax patterns and sprues.
Inspect all patterns and sprues, accept, reject or repair per instructions.
Follow protocol for notifying deviations or scrap trends.
Set up dimensional gauges.
Use fixturing/gauges to ensure dimensional conformance to tolerances.
Prepare sprues as required and locate ceramic bracing per engineering specification.
Perform specified operations during injection cycle.
Torch sprues, seal, pour cup, add bracing as required.
Maintain supplies to maximize productivity.
Pay close attention to detail.
Set up equipment as required.
Follow 5S rules and procedures.
Use help chain when needed.
Work overtime as needed.
Perform other duties as required.
Environmental Health and Safety Responsibilities
Comply with all department, facility, corporate and regulatory EHS regulations
Wear PPE: safety glasses, gloves, metatarsal shoes
Report all job‑related illnesses and injuries
Report safety, health, environmental concerns to supervisor timely
Attend all EHS training
Physical Demands / Equipment Used
Physical Demands:
Stair climbing
Reaching near, far, overhead
Pushing, pulling, twisting, handling
Lifting from floor‑to‑waist, waist‑to‑chest, chest‑to‑overhead
Finger press, use keyboard/mouse, tolerate vibration
Gripping, pinching
Carry items with one or two hands
Prolonged standing
Squatting/crouching/bending for retrieval
Lifting >5 lbs
Pass Jaeger I eye exam
Equipment Used:
Injection machine
Hot plates
Hand tools
Engraving machine
Gauging fixtures
Work Environment:
Air‑conditioned area
Exposure to chemicals, fumes, oil, dust, noise, heat/cold
Medical Surveillance Requirements:
Vision
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; verification required; no visa sponsorship
Position requires export‑controlled items access
Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of wax experience is preferred
