Position Location We’re all about flexibility. This will be a

remote role

based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA. We are open to remote candidates.

Responsibilities

Manages a group of Accounts, including a national broker and is primarily responsible for delivering an Annual Operating Plan

Aligns Ocean Spray initiatives and resources to help customers achieve goals.

Responsible for achieving sales quotas/AOP and quarterly reforecast.

Develop presentations and present plans at assigned Customer HQ – gain Customer commitment.

Responsible for achieving Merchandising, Assortment, Promotions, & Shelving objectives and responsible for directing the broker resources to attain OSC goals within stated deadlines

Proactively utilizes and manages appropriate resources, internally and externally, that achieves both the Company’s and the customer’s goals, including deduction resolution

Responsible for Demand Planning. Measured via monthly sales forecast results.

Trains, develops, allocates resources to deliver AOP within allocated budgets.

Accountable for building strong collaborative relationships across Ocean Spray internal network to help drive business results for the cooperative.

Understands, articulates and educates broker, agent and/or customer with regard to OSC strategies

Analyze business results, monitor plans, and generate ideas to close volume/financial gaps

Collects and communicates customer, industry, and competitive insight/learning to identify opportunities and/or risks that impact the customer’s/zone’s business plan

Builds credibility, trust, and integrity with customer, division team, OSC HQ, and Broker organization

Qualifications

Sales CPG experience (preferably 3+ Years)

Small format: drug, value, & convenience experience a plus

Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Ability to develop, lead, and execute a sales plan across multiple customers

Ability to proactively identify, develop, and act on opportunities.

Broker and/or direct customer management

Analytical

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to improve processes

Credible and trustworthy

Reliable & Influential

Ability to travel up to 30% travel.

Education Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)

Work Experience At least 3 Years of Experience

Annual Salary $95,200 - $130,900
