Role:

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is looking for recruiters, account managers, and staffing specialists! As a Recruiter, you'll run a full desk and work with our clients, account managers, candidates, and others to identify, screen, interview, present and hire qualified candidates for contract, temporary to permanent and permanent positions. This position will have a focus on accounting and finance positions but will still have the ability to work cross functionally on all types of positions including HR, IT, Engineering, Administrative, Sales, etc. Typically positions that you'll be recruiting on are accountants, auditors, financial analysts, finance manager, financial reporting accountants, billing, receivables, collections, advisory, wealth management, etc.

Responsibilities

Market potential legal applicants to law firms

Develop marketing plans and target law firms across the country

Cold call potential clients

Negotiate fee arrangements/Contracts with prospective clients

Create and publish job advertisements and job descriptions for legal positions

Source and network with legal professionals from job boards, LinkedIn, social medical, and networking events

Prescreen applicants by phone and in person

Present applicants to current legal clientele

Arrange, confirm, schedule and plan in person, virtual and phone interviews

Prepare applicants for interviews with background information on the law firms

Become an advisor to applicants during interview process

Act as a liaison between clients and applicants during interview process

Give formal offers to applicants during offer stage in hiring process

Handle any issues with job offers, Counter offers, Benefits issues etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required

2+ years of relevant sales or prior recruiting experience; would consider someone with a strong sales or human resource internship

Prior legal recruiting is a huge plus but not required

Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced sales environment, and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
