Position Overview This role requires strong experience with requirements elicitation, SDLC methodologies, project planning, and procurement support, including RFP development. The analyst will work closely with agency stakeholders, DTMB leadership, vendors, and cross‑agency teams to ensure successful project outcomes aligned with strategic objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong knowledge of business analysis principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Solid understanding of IT project planning, development, and implementation processes.
In‑depth knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Agile, CMMI, or other industry standards.
Experience working with application development environments and related tools.
Proven experience in project estimation, planning, and forecasting.
Demonstrated ability to draft high‑quality RFP requirements for IT procurements.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project and Visio.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to executive‑level stakeholders.
Prior State government experience is a plus.
