Role Overview Our Escrow Officers work in a robust team environment, streamlining processes to maximize volume while minimizing stress. You will learn our procedures from experienced staff and be positioned to succeed in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented organization.
Responsibilities
Prepare escrow transactions for closing.
Ensure documents are complete and signed.
Explain provisions and procedures to clients.
Comply with regulatory requirements and enforce adherence.
Ensure escrow transactions are funded and balanced.
Coordinate signing appointments.
Prepare filing documents for recording.
Engage in other activities and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in escrow or related title processing.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail, time management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi‑task, self‑direct and work both independently and in a team.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance expectations.
Preferences
Notary commission.
