Practice Specifics
Team-Centered Culture: Work alongside a positive, energetic, and team-focused group that prioritizes patient-centered care. Our current team is made up of 4.1 FTE Physicians and 2.9 FTE Advanced Practice Clinicians.
Flexible Scheduling: We value work-life balance and offer flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. Clinic hours are Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM – 5 PM.
Innovative Support: Benefit from a robust clinical team that includes Advanced Practice Clinicians, Registered Nurses, Clinical Assistants, PharmDs, Behavioral Health Specialists, Orthopedics/ Cardiology/ Pediatrics Outreach, and onsite Anticoagulation services.
Comprehensive Onsite Services: Lab, radiology, physical therapy, acupuncture, and pharmacy—all under one roof.
Established Patient Base: Step into a thriving practice with a loyal patient community.
Modern Technology: Utilize EPIC and DAX AI for seamless notes and reduced paperwork burden.
Call Model: Phone-only call on rotational basis for added work-life balance.

Compensation $308,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
