Review and drafting of contracts and agreements related to the project.

Skills/Qualifications
The required qualification in accordance with the Spanish Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (MECES) will be requested, namely: University Master's Degree, University Bachelor's Degree with 300 or more ECTS credits, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (MECES 3. EQF7).
Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree with Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Law or equivalent.
In the case of degrees issued outside Spain, but within the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), such certification must be accompanied by a simple translation into Spanish or English. In the case of degrees issued outside the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), the degree must be accompanied by a simple translation into Spanish or English, as well as the corresponding certificate of equivalence or credential of homologation to the equivalent degree in Spain, issued by the competent body for the recognition of foreign degrees and qualifications in education.
To be in a position to join the company on the date determined in the formalization of the contract in the event that the candidate is selected. Failure to join on the date indicated will entail the automatic loss of the rights inherent to the contract granted.
Specific Requirements
Training in law, health law, digital law, data protection, administrative law, grants and/or procurement (Maximum 15 points).
Experience in economic-administrative, financial and/or legal support work, preferably in research or innovation projects (Maximum 20 points).
Previous experience in tendering procedures (Maximum 15 points).
Experience in the management of contracts and agreements (Maximum 15 points).
Experience in the management of projects funded by the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan-Next Generation EU (Maximum 5 points).

Additional Information The salary will be that established in the Collective Agreement of the group of companies of the Biomedical Research Foundations of the II.SS. of the SERMAS for professional group II, functional area 2, category of Senior Graduate.
Eligibility criteria
Merit assessment phase: Merits related to the post up to a maximum of 70 points.
The selection board may ask the interested parties for any clarification it deems appropriate regarding the merits claimed. The merits claimed must be in their possession at the closing date for the submission of applications and must be duly documented so that they can be assessed if necessary. Short-listed candidates (having obtained a minimum of 30 points) may be called for a personal interview. An interview may be optional for candidates who meet the requirements set out in the call for applications.
Aptitude and interview assessment phase up to a maximum of 30 points.
For the assessment of the candidate's personal skills in relation to the post, a personal interview will be conducted by the Selection Committee, as an element of assessment of the candidate's contribution and motivation to the project, his/her reasoning capacity and his/her ability to explain and solve problems.
In any case, a minimum score of 50 points must be obtained in all of the above phases in order to be eligible for the post.
Selection process
Applications that meet the requirements and are within the deadline of the call for applications will be examined by an Evaluation Commission composed of three members (one Chairperson and two members). The Committee may, at any time during the selection process, require applicants to provide proof of their identity.
The CV will be assessed together with the merits indicated above.
Short-listed candidates will be called for a personal interview.
The merits claimed must be in their possession at the closing date for the submission of applications and must be duly documented so that they can be assessed if deemed necessary.
The post may become vacant if the candidates presented do not meet the conditions requested. Likewise, and at the discretion of the Commission, a list (in order of score) of suitable candidates may be created to fill the post, in the event that the employment contract cannot be formalised with the selected candidate, and the post may also be vacant if none of these selected candidates accepts the post.
The evaluation committee shall take a decision.
In the event of any incidents, the evaluation committee shall submit the results of the evaluation and the proposed decision to the Board of Trustees.
