Position Summary The Lead Analyst, Monarch Offer Development designs, builds, and governs commercial offers for the Monarch platform. This role owns product configuration, deal design, compliance guardrails, and financial modeling for assigned product lines and customers for Monarch. The Lead Analyst partners closely with Offer Development Managers/Directors, KAM, Sales, Legal/Compliance, Service, and Finance across both Monarch and US Surgery teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and commercially compelling offers that support strategic objectives for the Monarch brand.
Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Related Experience: 4+ years professional experience across Commercial roles, finance, or Healthcare preferred; Data Analytics experience required
Technical Skills: Tableau, MS Office, Power BI, and other data tool sets; strong knowledge of Excel (vLookups, pivot tables) required
Experience: Preferred experience in Medical Devices/Technology; partnering with cross‑functional business partners preferred
Additional Skills: Ability to lead peer groups, influence with impact, and translate competitive dynamics into actionable recommendations
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of MedTech Industry and US Hospital Systems; capital experience preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple partners across a matrix organization, understand US sales/contracting landscape, connect contract data to portfolio/platforms, and communicate business impact and recommendations clearly. Understanding of Global + US Medtech Surgery systems, data workflows, planning, execution, and measurement of sales and contracting processes.
