About the Role Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a

Front Office Manager

to join our dynamic Rooms Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

What You Will Do Are you excited about delivering the best Rooms experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The Front Office Manager is a Department Head level position and is a central part of the Front Office Team. Reporting to the Director of Rooms, this position directs and oversees the activities of the Front Desk, Communications, Concierge, Bell, and Driveway teams. Serves as Manager on Duty and provides hands‑on support to the Front Office team to ensure seamless daily operations. Plans for special events and large groups by looking ahead and preparing the team members for large events to include weddings, hotel activations, social and sporting events in the city. Anticipates guest needs, delivers personalized service, and upholds Four Seasons standards to create exceptional experiences. This highly visible leadership role is critical to maintaining flawless operations and elevating guest satisfaction through strong floor presence. As Front Office Manager, you will drive service excellence, support team performance, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.

What You Bring

High attention to detail and custom service skills.

5+ years of progressive Rooms Division experience required, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Previous luxury hotel or resort experience preferred.

Experience working with Forbes Travel Guide standards is an advantage.

Strong business acumen, work ethic and communication skills.

Strong communication skills with guests, staff, and rooms division teams, including housekeeping and reservations.

Ability to manage, delegate, follow up, develop, coach and counsel hourly and management staff within Front Office department.

US work authorization is required.
