The Membership Experience Supervisor will oversee daily membership service operations, ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities include supervising and training team members, addressing member inquiries, implementing sales strategies, monitoring operational efficiency, and fostering a positive team environment. Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills to effectively address member needs and support team development. Proficiency in business planning and analytical capabilities for improving membership performance and achieving sales goals. Experience in sales operations and the ability to implement effective sales strategies and oversee workflow management. Exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities with a focus on collaboration and maintaining operational efficiency. High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus. Prior experience in a supervisory or customer-focused role is preferred. Location and Compensation
