Overview We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Experience Design to lead integration and experience strategy for a major CPG food brand, ensuring the audience creative, PR, account management, media planning, content commerce, investment, and analytics teams come together with one unified point of view.

As SVP, Experience Design, you will brief and drive consensus among the IAT, blending audience insight, communications strategy, commerce expertise, social and influencer savvy, and creative vision to drive breakthrough experiences and business growth. This leadership role requires hands‑on strategic thinking, relationship building with senior clients, and the ability to orchestrate teams.

Responsibilities Role Objectives:

Own the strategic vision that informs planning and execution of media, creative, PR, and content

Own the development of consumer‑facing experiences and partnerships that align with brand objectives and audience needs, and bring them to life through provocative presentations

Work closely with senior clients, media partners (networks, content studios, social platforms, digital publishers, etc.), internal audience, planning, investment and analytics teams as well as external ad agencies and PR agencies as needed to build, sell, and steward partnership programs.

Orchestrate the experience journey process from beginning to end including ideation, development, creative vision, and production oversight of partnership programs.
