QC Inspector - Manufacturing
Position Objective
Paper packaging manufacturer in Coppell is seeking a Quality Technician to check and monitor all the product flow throughout the plant to ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2-5 years of quality control and/or production experience.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to comprehend work instructions and company policies.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to problem-solve.
Flexibility and teamwork are essential.
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
Job Responsibilities

Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
Perform inspections across all stages of production and warehousing.
Ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.
Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards.
Approve finished products by confirming specification, conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming rework.
Identify areas for quality control improvement.
Communicating quality or compliance concerns or abnormalities with urgency and accuracy to Management.
Training
Must complete online and classroom training as required.
Physical Activity Required for this Position
Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds occasionally.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Visual Activity Required for this Position
High-level of visual awareness necessary.
