Salary Range $87,000 - $126,000

Note for Salary: This is the range within which SRNS expects the majority of qualified candidates would enter this role if offered. Actual offers may be more or less than the amounts shown depending on candidate's qualifications, experience, internal equity, and other factors.

Job Family Description Procurement personnel perform supply chain and logistics functions, which may include, but are not limited to, material and service procurement, production planning, outsourcing, vendor selection, expediting, and distribution. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. They establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals.

Discipline Description Subcontract Administration personnel perform sourcing, qualification, procurement, and administration of hardware, services, or engineering to order, construction and/or architect and engineering subcontracts. They develop oversight and risk mitigation plans with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and coordinate the development and execution of supplier development milestones.

Typical Duties & Responsibilities Subcontract Administration personnel perform sourcing, qualification, procurement, and administration of construction and/or design-build subcontracts from solicitation through closeout (including negotiations, change order management, invoicing, evaluation of certified cost/pricing data, and so forth).

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus at least ten years of experience (YOE), OR Master's degree in relevant field plus at least eight years of experience (YOE), OR Doctoral degree in relevant field plus at least five years of experience (YOE)

Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered

5-10 years experience in a Construction Subcontract role

Familiarity with the FAR

Familiarity with Supplier qualification

Experience with Government Procurement process.

Experience with Quality Level Procurements

Experience administering certified payrolls

Experience mentoring junior team members

Experience in contract closeout coordination

Experience administering multiple contract and payment types (e.g. IDIQ, BOA, FFP, T&M, and Hybrid [equipment w/ service agreement])
