Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Prior Lake, MN, for a Restaurant General Manager.
The General Manager will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing profit and loss, maintaining operational efficiency, overseeing budgeting, and managing staffing, including hiring and team development. The General Manager will also play an integral role in fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Qualifications
Experience in P&L Management and Budgeting to ensure financial efficiency and profitability
Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to maintain and enhance the guest experience
Proven ability in Hiring and team management to build and lead a successful and motivated team
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
Knowledge of the food and beverage industry with experience in operational management
Ability to excel in a fast‑paced, on‑site working environment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant experience in restaurant management are a plus
