The Shift Leader supervises shifts and work areas to ensure high‑quality products and customer service, driving restaurant profitability. Responsibilities include managing operations, executing company policies, and ensuring compliance with all laws and ethical practices. Responsibilities
Adhere to guidelines for each station—dough management, accuracy, and portioning—and perform the assigned work station duties. Consistently contribute to achieving the company’s product goal and meet customer expectations while minimizing complaints. Exemplify the Core Values, maintain a positive attitude, and work well with others. Ensure adequate shift coverage, provide immediate feedback, and correct problems when identified. Contribute to profit goals by ensuring they stay within company guidelines, execute cash management duties, and manage adequate inventory levels. Qualifications
High School diploma or GED preferred. Serv‑Safe / local or state food service certification preferred. Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred. Successful and stable employment history. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours) and scheduled or unscheduled, including nights, weekends, and emergencies. Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant. Functional Skills
