CBRE is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Mobile HVAC Technician to support our telecommunications client in the retail sector. As a vital member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing critical infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations for our client.
What You'll Do
Become a problem-solver: Perform preventative maintenance and timely repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
Be hands-on: Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment.
Be organized: Manage work orders, estimate time and materials, and track completion.
Be efficient: Support energy management initiatives to optimize system performance.
Be compliant: Inspect installations to ensure adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
Be a communicator: Interact effectively with clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
What You'll Bring
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma (or equivalent experience).
1-2 years of job-related experience.
Valid Driver’s License is required.
Ability to meet physical demands (stooping, standing, lifting 50+ lbs).
Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic math skills.
