Activations Coordinator - Tradeshow

Position Overview As an Activations Coordinator, you will be a valuable member of the Marketing team. You will assist with event planning, preparation, implementation, and reporting while ensuring critical milestones are delivered. The role reports to the Sr. Manager, Tradeshow Marketing on the planning and execution of all responsibilities.

Requirements

3 years of marketing or event experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Effective writing and editing skills.

Travel required. Nights and weekend hours required as needed.

Well organized, detail oriented, with strong ability to multi‑task and adhere to deadlines.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.

Effective verbal and written communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Flexible and able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute events and activations.

Assist in planning and implementing events/activations, booth build‑outs, experiential elements for on‑site activation, and managing the show floor.

Coordinate product orders, event registration, and ordering assets.

Maintain and track tradeshow budget, including processing purchase orders and invoices.

Work effectively with other departments to create and maintain premium activations and experiences.

Manage tradeshows and 10x10 builds ensuring the event operates smoothly.

Coordinate staff needs, respond to sponsorship inquiries, and schedule calls.

Facilitate placing product orders and allocating assets to events.

Create decks including event recaps, marketing campaigns, and newsletters.

Lead and support on‑site activation as needed.

Create tradeshow monthly newsletter.

Compensation The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job‑related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
