Pay Range Base pay: $18.00/hr – $21.00/hr
About the Role We’re seeking an Outbound Shipping Specialist to assist in coordinating the planning of daily ship plans and the processing of inventory to manifest for outbound shipping, as well as supporting general administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support by assisting FTZ Admin staff, managing reporting, and supporting overall workload distribution.
Coordinate with ALS Warehouse Operations and FCM planners to organize daily ship plans, process pick tickets, and communicate any changes to load plans.
Manage and process outbound shipping manifests, complete order processing, and daily closeout.
Oversee the daily ship list, ensuring accurate completion, proper folder creation, and preparation of next‑day pick tickets and manifests.
Ensure accurate closing of trucks by verifying manifests, attaching signed BOLs, and sending ASNs after closure.

Accurate Orders Shipped
Orders Shipped On Time
Paperwork Accuracy
Qualifications
High School Diploma required.
1–2 years of dock operations and administrative coordination in a warehouse environment.
1 year of outbound shipping in WMS/ERP systems.
Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience is preferred.
Excel experience, able to create a sheet and basic formulas.
Customer service experience is required.
