Case 2: commercial truck crash; C5‑C7 fusion; $1M policy – Offer: $205,000
Case 3: Lyft red‑light crash; herniated C4‑C5; $1M policy – Offer: $90,000
Case 4: commercial carrier; disc replacement surgery; $1M policy – Offer: $180,000

Your Role
Depose expert witnesses, conduct mediations, and deliver compelling arguments in court.
Mentor junior litigation staff while overseeing paralegals and case managers.
Ensure SOPs and compliance across litigation teams.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: competitive, plus bonus.
Bonus Option 1: Draw + % of settlements/verdicts.
Bonus Option 2: High‑performance incentive + origination bonuses.
