Company Overview
A leading construction and electrical contracting firm is expanding its Documentation Admin team to support blueprint updates and publishing for ongoing Electrical and IT infrastructure projects.

Efficient use of Excel for data entry and documentation tracking
High attention to detail in managing project documents
Experience in organizing, updating, and publishing technical files
Clear and professional communication with Project Managers, Foremen, and cross-functional teams
Ability to follow up and relay information effectively
Genuine interest in construction, electrical contracting, or IT infrastructure environments
Preferred/Bonus Skills
Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or other editing/design software
Experience with ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) and PlanGrid
Background in the IT or Electrical field
Additional Qualities

Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Pearl River, NY.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 – $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may vary.
