Commercial Litigation Attorney

Commercial Litigation Attorney Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s Houston office is seeking a senior associate or counsel with a minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial or complex general litigation. The ideal candidate will have overseen all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. Excellent writing and research skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently are preferred. Candidates must be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team of attorneys, paralegals, and staff. This is a collegial environment offering hybrid work flexibility.
