Contract Maintenance Manager (APG)
EMCOR Government Services is seeking a talented Contract Maintenance Manager (CMM) for a bid proposal supporting medical treatment facilities for Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland.
Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day onsite facilities management for a government medical treatment facility program
Oversee diverse team of managers, supervisors, technicians, and administrative staff.
Ability to be on call 24/7/365 in response to facility emergencies.
Ensure staff and subcontractors adhere to management plans and processes, including safety and quality requirements.
Direct scheduling and completion of preventive maintenance, repairs, and project work.
Coordinate closely with customer Facility Management points of contact in providing formal and ad hoc reports, scheduling services, sharing program status, and making best practice recommendations.
Ensure work is completed in compliance with contract requirements, healthcare codes and regulations, budgets, and performance standards.
Resolve conflicts, identified deficiencies, and issues following reporting and corrective action requirements.
Maintain program documentation and records for The Joint Commission (TJC) requirements, contract deliverables and plans, training, staff certifications and licenses, and permits.
Conduct staff training, safety briefings, and quality inspections.
Provide subcontractor and vendor management, including performance reviews and necessary follow-up actions.
Qualifications
Technically qualified in the field of administrative, laboratory, and lab support facilities management.
Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a laboratory or industrial facility operations and maintenance.
Minimum five (5) years’ experience servicing and/or renovating commercial buildings, including supervision of a diversified workforce responsible for operations, maintenance, and repair of commercial building infrastructure systems.
Familiar with codes and standards applicable to O&M tasks covered by the PWS, ISO 9000, NFPA, NEC, EPA, OSHA, and laboratory standards accreditation.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Compensation & Benefits Compensation Range: $100,000 – $145,000. Other compensation: NA.
