Are you looking for a meaningful career in a local business that has national brand support people recognize and trust? As a Customer Service Insurance Representative, you will help grow a local Allstate agency by delivering first‑class customer service to existing clients. Additionally, you will apply insurance knowledge and communication skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long‑term relationships with trusted advice.

Responsibilities

Complete customer service requests and policy inquiries

Address and solve policy account and billing issues

Help protect customers by offering additional Allstate products that will meet their needs

Provide a positive customer experience

Job Qualifications

No insurance experience required

Required to obtain necessary Property and Casualty licenses within 180 days (existing license is a plus!)

Confident, motivated individual who works well in a small‑business office environment

Able to multi‑task, follow through, and follow‑up

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
