Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation and drug screening, conducted in compliance with applicable federal and Oregon state laws. Consistent with Oregon's "Ban‑the‑Box" statute and the FCRA, we do not inquire into criminal history until after a conditional offer of employment has been extended. Convictions older than seven years will not be considered for most positions. If a consumer report is obtained, applicants will receive a clear and standalone disclosure, be required to provide written authorization, and will receive pre‑adverse action notice with a copy of the report and a summary of their FCRA rights, a reasonable opportunity to review the report and respond within five business days, and a final adverse action notice with details on how to appeal. All applicants must submit to a drug screening prior to employment; testing will be conducted through certified laboratories under chain‑of‑custody procedures, reviewed by a Medical Review Officer, and all policies are in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Employees may also be subject to random drug testing after workplace accidents or when reasonable suspicion exists.
